I can coach you how to get fit and condition yourself athletically or show you how to arm wrestle.
I can take you through your personal gym or any public training facility that allows outside trainers and show you how to: lift weights or do cardiovascular excersice or even at home with no equipment. Whatever your personal goals are, I can help you achieve them.
I am a current certified personal trainer with ACE / BCRPA. I am located in the lower mainland in BC Canada.
You can come to Vancouver British Columbia or I can travel to do personal training. I have a Jeep Mohave and an armwrestling table and can travel anywhere in Western Canada or Western USA.
The arm wrestling in-person training is available at an hourly rate.
Prices Per Session:
One hour of armwresting person training = $79 Cdn
I can do a discount for 2hrs if paid in cash
Ask me and we can agree on a price.

I am in the Vancouver area of Canada, and can travel to both the Abbotsford international airport (YVV) or the Vancouver international airport (YVR)

I have an armwrestling table in my appartment and can pick you up at either airport in the lower mainland and bring you to me appartment in Langley where we can exercise.
I now live in Langley BC and am able to pick you up from either airport in Vancouver.
